I waited till i got my stands for the surround sound speakers, then i had to order a RCA cable for the subwoofer cause it didnt come with one and once everything was out of the box, there was dust all over it and after fully put together, two surround sound speakers do not work. Ive trouble shot the issue but this is all brand new speaker wire, traced the wires back to the Amp and all is connected correctly. Ive never had a problem like this with an open item at BB before so i am gonna go talk to them today. Everything sounds good minus the two dead speakers. I just want to add, that i asked why it was returned and employee couldnt tell me. I think i know why
