The store required me to return the entire unit which is not the easiest. That store did not have any more units. No time was given for when they would have stock Watertown store went above and beyond Service and support! If it wasn't an hour drive I would make it my store. My 3 year old Samsung stopped working. Samsung does not produce this unit any longer
