Before one year the speakers not working, I don’t know what happened

Doesn’t work after a Month of purchasing we have to call yamaha company about our prblem

Less than a year and 3 out of the 5 wired speakers have failed.

Sound quality very bad woffer ewww soeakers are fine but this product not worth it

More than enough volume for my small home. Clear sound and pretty easy set up. The only down side is running the speaker wire everywhere.

Yamaha is a brand I trust; it's been around for years. It has a dominant sound, is easy to customize, and is comfortable to use. I enjoy watching movies, and you hear every sound that you would hear if you were sitting in a theatre. The price did not break my piggy bank.

I've been using a BluRay player as my theatre surround sound for awhile. However, every time the unit crapped out I had to replace the whole system. This last time I decided to go with a system that all I need to do is plug in a new player. Set up: Fairly easy. Most difficult part is having to run the wires from each speaker- they provide uncut wire so you can customize, but you also have to cut and strip. Getting the wires into the terminals on the back can be tricky- they are really close together. Setting up the speakers took the longest. Balancing the speakers through the auto set up was quick and easy, but you can also tweak them to your own liking. My only real complaint is that in this day and age, I don't know why they don't have wireless speakers for the rear. The best feature is that plugging in a BluRay, satellite/cable, even a Roku device is quick and simple, and all of them play through the same HDMI port on your TV- no having to switch back and forth when changing devices, and it was really simple to do.

Just got it for our game room and it sounds great! However, an FYI. When using the RCA connections you have to use the RCA out. It doesnt go through the HDMI. So, best thing to do is an RCA/HDMI selector converter box. Also, I upgraded the sub cable and speaker wire. The ones that come from manufacturer are really small.

Excellent, good quality, not too much punch but for small room is more than fine, easy too install and many options for calibrate sound.

I am very pleased with the sound quality of this system. It has clear highs which make dialogue easy to hear, with thick meaty lows from the sub that just rumble the room. I love the balance. I wish that these systems would come with recommendations for speaker mounts or even mounting hardware. That would be really helpful. I looked around Best Buy in the store and only found one option for wall-mounting speakers.

BUYER BEWARE. I have now setup two of these systems. The center channel (on the reciever) in BOTH AV RECEIVERS IS DEAD! All speakers give clear, clean sound. Tested each speaker with inputs and outs. Sub is good enough. Easy setup and only the center output is dead. No sound will come from center out what so ever. Center speaker will apparently just collect dust. I took the first system back , ordered a replacement and might as well have kept the first since all the second did was waste 4 days of not having a system and an hour of re-setup. I am very much disappointed with what I have purchased.

Great product for the price speakers sound extremely clear and don’t break up at loud volume with the right settings the sound quality is amazing receiver is awesome extremely easy to use, note that the subwoofer that comes with it is not great it seems to distort very easily I wired a different subwoofer from an old home theater system and it’s perfect.

Bought this when my old Samsung system went out. It sounds great, deep bass. Easy to install, would buy again.

Love this system. It’s been reliable over the past few years and has NEVER given me issues. Great sound quality and an awesome starter system.
