At first we could not understand what people were saying and only heard the base coming thru? After adjustments we hear "EVERYTHING" now & at a much lower volume. We love it Thank You

Sounds great, even better customer service

They are sending me a new speaker right away. I will buy more Yamaha products due to their customer service. System sounds great and looks good. Not top of the line but better than a sound bar.

A Dissapointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the "open box excellent" option thinking it would come in almost pristine condition (as per the description on the website) and it did not. It had scratches on the speakers and channel box, the battery on the remote was dead, and it did not come with a physical manual. I feel like I received the "open box in good condition" instead of what I ordered. So I called customer service to see what they could do and they were unhelpful, they did not offer us a discount, or replacement parts for the damage that came in the box. Severly dissapointed with the quality that was promised and with customer service. Will not be buying from Best Buy again. Beware when buying open box products from Best Buy, you will not get the quality that is assured.
