This receiver delivered on both counts. At a sale price of $250 it is really a fantastic value.

Tons of features

The sound is great and I love the built in wifi features. I don't have to connect my phone to stream my favorite music apps. They were already avalilable

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this as a 4K pass through receiver for my various game consoles to connect to my new LG OLED 4K TV (SKU 4358100). Pros: + Excellent sound quality output +4K and 3D pass through are great as my new TV does both + Is capable of using Yamaha Music Cast, which is essentially their own version of SONOS in that you can connect your phone/tablet to play music via your wi-fi to prevent the usual audio compression you get with bluetooth - essentially you can use wi-fi to get better sound quality when pairing your phone to it + Display screen actually tells you what device is connected to it and displays song names when using Music Cast app Cons - None thus far, great size, sound output, and features
