This receiver is like the 'old school' receivers. Simple to hook-up. The sound is fantastic. Hooked-up a DVD player, a CD player, speakers, and a subwoofer to this unit. This replaced an old Pioneer unit. What a difference. Yamaha hands down!! Highly recommend!

Hooked up to outdoor speakers on our deck and yard. Sounds good. Bluetooth works from out on our deck through closed sliding doors... about 20ft.

I bought this for an Airbnb property after the original cheap brand (PYLE) was very difficult to use and was completely dead at 13 months, just past the warranty period was over. This is reliable and simple to use and the Bluetooth range is much better.

This Yamaha receiver performs very well with sound quality through external and headphone audio. This suits me well because all I wanted was a nice-sounding quality stereo receiver to do simple functions, something that I didn't get when I bought the Sony receiver that I had returned previously because it did not perform well at all with its poor sound quality and function. The remote takes getting used to because of the tiny buttons, making it difficult, if you have poor vision, to navigate the keys. Other than that for the price, general sound quality and function that I needed, it performs very well.

Product is what I was looking for and it’s very easy to use. Sound quality is awesome and also very easy to install recommend for anybody.

This tuner with the right pair of speakers really rock the house from my bedroom and no complex set up and no subwoofer. I recommend MTX Thunder Pro 2 With 10" woofers....for about $400 with tax this set up can not be beat.

The bluetooth on this receiver works great. I only had 2 speakers that I wanted to hook up so i didnt need anything more than this.

This is a simple receiver that powers up to 2 sets of speakers. It is the most affordable stereo receiver with bluetooth built in. The sound is good with my passive Realistic speakers and it connects easily to my iPhone via bluetooth. FM works well with the supplied antenna.

I use this sleek Yamaha receiver to power 2 outdoor speakers, as well as 2 indoor T50 Polks. I love the A and B selector for switching between my indoor outdoor speakers. Bluetooth is awesome,sound and power is explosive. You can’t beat it for the price!

I've always respected Yamaha products. They are well respected in the high end audio community that I have been a part of for many years. This receiver is an outstanding bargain in it's price range. It would be a wise choice for someone needing a receiver's features. The bluetooth connection is a welcome feature for modern users.
