Powers my klipsch r-14m perfectly. While I waited for the speakers to come in I had a extra speaker from a different set laying around and it made it sing. Great receiver. It has this musical tone to it that is just perfectly warm. I can’t recommend this enough. Perfect for a stereo set up or what ever you use it for.

This YamahaR-202 black Bluetooth receiver is a real Best Buy was given the advice to buy from my BFF smooth Jazz bassist Brendan Rothwell so I bought my husband the Silver Yamaha A-S701 intergrated amplifier because he’s an audiophile jazz guy. Brendan says Yamaha receivers and amplifiers are reliable top notch audiophile equipment as he’s a musician he knows and owns them .we love ❤️ ours so just buy can’t go wrong and price is the Best Buy Vanessaj WS,NC

Love it. Just what I was looking for . Powers my cerwin Vegas SL 12 like a boss . Yamaha always makes a great product in my opinion . I have owned a few of them and the put lasted a lot of my speakers.

Bought this to power some B&W speakers in a workshop and it is great! Just wanted two channels for music only.

Ideal unit for our great room. Bought open box model and I don’t think I could have gotten better bang for the buck. As usual, Yamaha produces a great value with high quality.

Been using this receiver and have been very happy with it. I have 2 Yahama speakers connected to it. Corresponds very well with them and my audio technica turntable. Dropped a star because Bluetooth range isn’t so great. I have to keep my phone relatively close to the receiver to keep playing without interruption. As a comparison, my HomePod has better range when using Bluetooth. Still great overall, easy to use, and would recommend.

Has clear but weak sound. No punch as you would expect from a 100 watt unit. Sounds more like 25 watts. I may buy a subwoofer. My previous pioneer amp (not receiver) required me to back off the bass.

Setup was easy although much different from my 20 y/o KLH Im using it primarily to get sound throughTV, and FM radio ,the FM tuner is way better im getting stations in stereo and clean sounding music!

I hooked it up to my big speakers 15 inch woofers and it sounds very loud you wouldn’t need a JD for party’s lol

Pure analog retro receiver if you want a straight forward amp with no DSP that alters the sound, this is it. Good value.

Well hooked it up sound was ok needs better equalizer next it shut down twice from over heating so make sure the area you mount it has plenty of air i had it in an audio cabinet with door shut. So be prepared
