We purchased this receiver to go with the speakers and our house is filled with music every day!

My 20+ year old stereo system's (Kenwood 900 system) stereo control amplifier started to have problems clicking on. So it was time to replace the system. Chose the Yamaha 200W 2-CH. stereo receiver because of price & was using unit just to listen to am/fm stations. Easy to set up. Used my pioneer B522 speakers & all works fine. Did have to turn volume up to mid 40's to hear music from speakers. Intend to install either a 1 or 5 cd player with this.

Works great! Connects to my "antique" dual tape player/recorder and overpowers my neighbors system easily. Heh heh heh. For years I've had a crummy little 50 watt amp and it works great inside the house but the neighbors insist on playing their music in their back yard to "share" with everyone else. I figure they have about a hundred watter or so. This new amp is 200 watts. Now it's on... their hip-hop/rap (which I'm not opposed to, it's the VOLUME) vs my old blues and 60's/70's rock. After all these years my tapes still play like they were recorded yesterday. They're finding that out now.

Bought it to replace a 20 year old receiver for my father in law…turned out he didn’t need it. We kept it mostly for the remote capability to play CD’s in our Master Bedroom, where it replaced a 40 year old receiver. The fact that it has Bluetooth is a nice bonus.

It works and works well. I bought some Yamaha outdoor speakers and this was recommended with it. I’m pleased. We e been thoroughly enjoying our poolside music.

Excellent product easy to hook up with or without Bluetooth devices less mess without all them wires hooked up two big speakers and two small for a great sound

We bought this Bluetooth receiver for our outdoor speakers and we love it. It also has B speakers so now we will add in additional speakers. I wish it did have a subwoofer output.

Have some vintage pioneer speekers that needed power and this did just the trick.

This receiver sounds clean and crisp. Not very powerful but my out door speakers sound great with it. Bluetooth range is amazing. I can walk all around the house and it doesn't cut out.

I have had a Yamaha unit for many years and love the sound they produce. This unit was at an excellent price and to me a proven quality product, so it was a no brainer. Highly recommend this unit.

Very good value with good sound and features. The remote control however is cheap and needs to be redesigned. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the tuner.

Easy to get connected and set up with my turntable. Also really like the bluetooth functionality; connecting is pretty simple and it stays connected well. Sounds great with my 100W speakers. For the price and what I needed it for -- basically just my turntable and bluetooth -- it works great. Hard to beat the price too.
