    Exactly what I was looking for but lacking many of the bells and whistles that others may be wanting. The Bluetooth capability is a very nice feature not found on many lower priced receivers.

    I purchased this receiver to replace my Sony STR-DE197 which went out after about 8 years of service. I have this hooked up to my TV and I am powering 2 MTX floor standing speakers. The bass on this Yamaha is very weak and there is almost no difference from level 1 and level 10. I have a 36 year old Sansui S-X700 with a broken power switch, and half the panel lights are burnt out and that Sansui blows away this Yamaha. This was my first purchase of any type of Yamaha product and based on the way this unit performs this will be my last purchase of a Yamaha product. I was pulled in by the $129 price tag which I thought was a good deal. I guess you get what you pay for.
