I bought this to leave running 24 hours a day. Every time I leave for a while and come back, it has turned itself off. I don’t like that feature. Also the Bluetooth feature does not work. Otherwise performs as it should.

Not that great, returned product. May say Yamaha on the outside but that where the quality and feel ends.

Not good at all . I called to see why I need to turn valume up almost 3/4 to hear sound then unit shuts down . I went in store to find out why both times no answer. It was an open box item and was told sales are final .

COVID19 has made everyone dependant on on-line purchases. I would be happier, however you need to redesign your website, as it stands it SUCKS. You can find the products easily. Making an order, and getting it either shipped or delivered to the correct store is tedious! How the website interpreted store delivery after I clearly stated my mailing address boggles my mind. I had to several times go back and correct this. Your curbside pick-up once delivered to the store was awesome! Tech support, I gave up on you and had a techie friend come make sure I made the right connection!

Title says it all: doesn’t work with record players without a built-in preamp. A separate phono stage couldn’t save this receiver, therefore save your money for a receiver that has a dedicated phono input

Sound quality not satisfactory. Noticed lack of richness of the sound of the music right away

Thought something was wrong when first hooked up because there was no sound. I had to turn volume up real high before any sound was heard.

This is such a well priced item so it might not be fair to give it two stars. It is well built, looks okay and have okay features. I just didn't like the quality of the sound but you might so give it a listen before you buy

Works good for what we purchased it for. The price was about right.

Display went out after 6 months. Still works but can’t see anything on the front display.

For the money, the sound & features are ok. Mine has a touchy power cord that causes the unit to turn off if it is even slightly bumped.

Ok on cd and tuner but volume on tablet and tv was lame during rock videos getting the sony wit 45 watts more pe channell hope that will be better for me

Worked great, until tonight. Was casually listening to music, and one song in, I hear a pop and no more sound a smell of electrical fire. No fire, but it won't turn on anymore. Only had for 4 months, and was only casually used. I only have it hooked up to my ProJect record player and my Technics bookshelf speakers, so I'm not using sub par equipment. Kinda dissatisfied to be honest

not very worth this price. If sony or denon's product is available in stock, I might buy those two brand's products.

They sent me a bad receiver, the volume has to be turned up to 25 before hearing anything from the speakers. Wish I could exchange it or get a refund. It was delivered 5/1/20. Just tested it June 2, couple days past the date for refunds. SMH!!!

After connecting to my various components and new Polk bookcase speakers I could barely get a whisper of sound via the volume control. When I increased the volume, the receiver shut off. This happened repeatedly. I returned the unit to Best Buy the following day and was reimbursed for the cost. I later saw reviews that described the same problem.

FM reception about average. Didn't receive all local radio stations even with a booster.
