Bought this to replace a 20 year old Denon DHT-700DV HTIB. Used the Denon speakers with the new Yamaha. Connectivity is good, but not simple. Works ok with a Samsung Q60T. Sound quality very disappointing, tinny and flat as noted by another review.

We use this receiver frequently. It is easy to set up and has a very customer friendly app.

This system had a speaker setup that was great for someone who was not experienced in sound setup!

I upgraded to this Yamaha receiver from an older version. It’s very good for its price. Only downfall thus far is that the audio cuts out for 2 seconds while watching a movie or tv show. I wish there was a fix for it.
