Worked for less than 2 months and then started turning on and off every 2 minutes 24 hours/day. Had to return it to Best Buy.

My husband needed a receiver for his garage. This one fit the bill. It wasn’t so expensive and it works great for where he uses it.

I quite simply takes too long to get things accomplished through Best Buy. I think we will shop elsewhere in the future.

Worked for the first couple of months. Rarely used it, the last time we tried it the power won't come on.

Very happy with this Yamaha receiver. I have a 5.1 surround system, and this unit has increased the quality of my old unit (Pioneer 5.1 dating back to 2011). Many sound options, and setup using the included setup microphone makes balancing the system easy.

I have 5 Klipsch 13x8 in wall speakers and a 110w subwoofer. The receiver could not handle this setup.

Open box purchase listed as Excellent Condition. This receiver did function properly. Poor performance and did not keep settings. Frustrating to say the least. Returned and paid the difference for a Denon Reciever

Disappointed for the first time as a Best Buy long time Customer. Purchased this unit online and it was shipped from out of state. Arrived and it was packed well but it showed signs of being dropped and also heavy use. Not happy with this purchase. Very disappointed with Best Buy

Only 120 watts per speaker, didn’t have the power to run all my speakers.

You get what you pay for. 4K pass through was not good. A lot of checking and pixelization. The room correction was a joke. Hooked up to a LG 4K set. Nvidia Shield and PS4. Returned and bought a Marantz. Spent a lot more, but well worth it.

The FM antenna supplied was too large to fit the plug on the unit, so it never tuned in any FM radio stations. USB port is only for flash drives. Can not use a USB cable for any other device.

Put's itself on mute and will not reset unless you turn it off and back on. We live 50 miles away from the closest store and haven't been able to get there to return it. What is the warranty period for it?

I bought this receiver thinking it was what I needed for my old home theater but it was not. I ended getting a sonos system instead. So

Out of the bkx, this reciever was defective. No display and would shut off when attempting to change output/pushing button.
