I would highly recommend this for anybody looking for a receiver sounds amazing and a great price to boot

Purchase Open box. Should have purchased new. Accentual parts wasn’t supplied. Fm antenna, surround sound microphone and worst the Bluetooth feature works when it wants to which is usually never. My fault I took to long to take it back exchange for new one. This is the second time I purchase open box from best buy an it didn’t work properly. Never purchasing anything open box from bestbuy again

reciever works fine only real issue is i cant get the bt to pickup my phone

Replaced an older Sony. Hugh deference. Very easy to set up.

Enjoying this receiver. Running a 3.1 system with the front towers bi-amped and the sound is great for music and movies.

It works flawless... Sounds is great! I installed four in ceiling speakers also Yamaha..

Sounds great. Works great. A little bit of a learning curve but results were excellent.

The receiver shuts off every time I increase volume more than 29 db.I is just over a month I have purchased this and Best Buy said “ Not my Problem”. I will never recommend I and did not expect this kind of service and response. I have bought so much stuff from them

Ordered this item online, and it wouldn't even turn on. Returned immediately in-store. Return process was super.

It has a good sound. Really like how u can stream music through your phone

Sound was great but video pass through did not work with my TV.

Bought this for my girlfriend she was there when the delivery guy delivered it watched him drop the Box by the time she went out there the guy driver had left and because it was an open box item the only recourse I could do was to get my money back but I still needed a stereo or write a bad review here that suck they didn't even offer me any money off or anything else if it was brand new I could have got a different one but because it was an open box they don't cover that with open boxes sucks so don't buy it open box item

Its OK for the price does the job, its smaller than other models. Fits perfectly on the counter.

for the money is perfect for the shop! now to find the music everyone can tolerate...lol

I'm not happy with this Yamaha. I have been adding inputs to this Yamaha and it does not recognize the new input device or that there's even something using a new input. This has happened with both HDMI and RCA inputs; The only success I've had is adding the input, turning the device on and doing a factory reset on the Yamaha. Well below my expectations for a Yamaha product,

4k is not compatible with Amazon Fire Stick 4K. Rest of functions were fine. We returned because it did not properly work as Amazon Fire Stick is our means of streaming. The Blue Tooth is hard to connect. Spend the money on the better Yamaha. We love the Brand but this is too value oriented to do what it needs to do.

This receiver was a bit bulky and wasn't easy to install
