Worst Receiver Ever

I purchased this product because I felt that Yamaha was a good brand. The receiver has died twice within 11 months of purchase. I didn't buy the warrantee from Best Buy, so they won't even look at it. (I may be spoiled, but my previous receivers have never lasted less than 20 years.) I have now had to send it to NY for the second time to have it repaired. I suspect that I will have to buy a new receiver within the next 6 months.

Worked less than a week

Customer service has been horrible. Best buy told me to reach out to manufacturer, here it is november and they are still just emailing back and forth with no solutions. Dont waste your money! Yamaha and best buy say it needs update, and i need a usb to update it that they neither can provide. Been waiting on a box for 3 weeks to return to yamaha, get the box and no return label now been waiting over a week for a return label and still waiting. Beyond angry at the customer service and quality. Dont waste your time, money or sanity. They should pay me at this point for all the work i have to do for them for something bought brand new!
