I update from my similar old broken model to this new one with bluetooth and USB support. I like it and enjoy the additional function very much.

I've had same Yamaha receiver that wasn't 4k for years. When I purchased the Samsung NU6900 4k TV, I went with the same receiver in 4k. What a combination, I love it.

Great receiver. I love Yamaha and that is the only head end I have purchased in the past 20 years. Yamaha makes a great head end.

Nice unit, I would buy it again. Right now, I am still trying to figure out the required connections needed to take advantage of the in- wall surround system and my sound bar. That will probably require the purchase of an optical cable to connect the TV's audio out to the receiver. The HDMI connections don't seem to allow the entire system to play in all the available modes.

I replace my Panasonic stereo I had for 14 years with this Yamaha, just as strong with Bluetooth capabilities from any smartphone hope to get just as many years

Bought this to replace my older Yamaha receiver as it stopped putting out sound on HDMI. Integrated easily with my existing speakers and even gave them better sound quality.

The Yamaha RX-V385 receiver includes a Bluetooth setting to stream your music remotely within distance. Performance is great with a good price point....

I purchase this item in July and so far I have no problems. It was for my basement surround sound and it is very easy to use.

This receiver works fine. Since I am not an AV expert, I was a little disappointed in the lack of detail in the enclosed owners manual to help with additional set up details. Receiver works fine. Mo other issues.

Great receiver. Blue tooth is excellent. Only use this as a stereo, have not used any surround capabilities. Yamaha makes great electronics

Great sound and performance for the price. The unit has good separation and many options for surround sound preference.

Nice receiver for the money. Full 5.1 theater setup and passes 4K signals. However, it does not up-convert signals that are not 4K.

Researched several entry level before choosing this one. We’re using this in a small room with satellite speakers. It works well with Bluetooth, HDMI, ... happy with the purchase.

I think this is probably a great receiver for most people it’s nice but if you are upgrading from a current surround sound system spend a little more to get a better sound. With this system it can only give you so much - I could tell the difference when I went to the Onkyo 6100 it may cost more but you don’t want to be thinking afterwards should I have saved or spent more because this is nice but………..

Good reciever for the price. We are using it for surround sound in our basement

We have the receiver hooked up with our LG tv, Cable box, CD player and DVD player. It sounds great. The radio works great and has good reception.
