Not enough component connections

There aren’t enough RCA connections. This will be a challenge until I can resolve these problems. Also ,output switch in front of receiver is too easy to change and gets bump often.

Worked less than a week

Customer service has been horrible. Best buy told me to reach out to manufacturer, here it is november and they are still just emailing back and forth with no solutions. Dont waste your money! Yamaha and best buy say it needs update, and i need a usb to update it that they neither can provide. Been waiting on a box for 3 weeks to return to yamaha, get the box and no return label now been waiting over a week for a return label and still waiting. Beyond angry at the customer service and quality. Dont waste your time, money or sanity. They should pay me at this point for all the work i have to do for them for something bought brand new!

Sound clicked out "REGULARLY"!

Well, I have had many receivers over the years....Marantz, Sony, Pioneer, etc, etc. Never have I been so disappointed in a piece of equipment/product in that 50 years of purchasing!! 1st: Poor online manual....too much BS and not enough needed info. 2nd: Clunky hook up across various inputs. 3rd: BIGGEST issue......sound clicks out regularly for like 2 seconds and then it comes back in across equipment........What is that? Lastly: NO customer support from Yamaha with multiple contacts until two days after I needed the 'assistance' I get a freaking email. I will never buy another Yamaha and would not take one as a gift.......Period! Best Buy was great on my return.

Weird it didn't work
