Very Disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can barely count the number of things wrong with this unit. Here is a partial list. 1. Bluetooth to headphones does not work properly. Connecting a bluetooth headphone does not disconnect the sound from the speakers, and there is no volume control for the headphones, unlike every other bluetooth source in the world. 2. The 4K upscaling is terrible and makes my Bluray DVD not viewable on a brand new LG 4K TV. 3. The remote control is terrible, and does not even have buttons to directly choose an input or a sound mode. 4. Composite input is not even output to HDMI. 5. The manual and instructions are terrible and confusing. Do not waste your money on this!

Broken
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon unboxing this device and setting it up, I could not get any video passthrough to work. Using my PS4 pro, I even stepped down to 1080p to see if it would work and the problem persisted. Tried all the different HDMI ports and different cables. Hooking up optical audio from the PS4 to the receiver works, but does not perform at 5.1, the rear speakers do not make noise, even when setting it to 5.1 within PS4's settings. I'll be boxing it back up and returning it within the week, but after all the time it takes to set it up, this was a huge disappointment.

No dolby atmos, lacks major feature
