    This product was easy to connect to our TV, the remote is large enough to use but won't lose and it has easy instructions to follow!

    Big sound from a compact package. Lots of inputs and a nice remote. I even take it camping, using the Bluetooth for music.

    I bought for my older parents who were having difficulty hearing the TV at regular volume. This worked perfectly to correct this.

    This sounded worse than the built-in speakers on our large samsung smart tv (with ARC port). We placed it in front of and under the tv, a few inches away. Tried cranking bass. The sound was not impressive to me at all and built in speakers had more of a surround quality. It's very good as a regular, inexpensive speaker. Not better than speakers on a high end large tv. Disappointed.

    Purchased 1 month ago. Connected to new Samsung Q60 TV works perfectly all controlled by TV remote. Great sound.

    Battery in the remote was dead and lights on sound bar controls are dead. Best Buy was no help other than selling me $10+ new batteries. Sound is acceptable, certainly better than the TV’s audio, with an HMDI cable (sold separately). Audio cord that comes with the item is NOT acceptable sound. Still no lights on sound bar controls, so difficult to see and use.
