Using this in my bedroom as it is a smaller sound bar. Hanging on the wall under my TV> has pretty decent amount of bass for a bedroom TV and gets pretty loud honestly. It uses 5 bars to show the volume i keep it on about 2 ish and its plenty loud enough for sleeping or just watching tv about 3. Sound quality could use a bit more tweeter but for the price and quality the sound is not bad considering the price and all the options it has.

Im no audiophile but the sound is crisp and clear and works amazingly with my 82" samsung QLED 4k tv. The only issue is when i use a headset for PS5 gaming often so it has auto shut off so when i turn it back on again the tv wont recognize the soundbar audio source and i have to cycle through the inputs until it activates the ARC HDMI input. I wish it would auto detect and play. The optical cable on my 6 year old vizio sound bar did this perfectly.

Our previous sound bar would not work with our new cable box so our Best Buy consultant recommended this Yamaha sound bar. It was easy to install and only needed a HDMI cable connection between the TV and the sound bar. Excellent sound quality. Works with the cable box and is controlled by the cable box remote. So, only one remote control is necessary.

This speaker delivers a good sound. The bluetooth works great for playing music from the phone.

Purchasing this sound bar open-box felt risky at first but the experience turned out to be a positive one. Through setting up the sound-bar I learned about new technologies I wasn't familiar with such as eARC, the HDMI 1.4 standard and streamlining the device chain. Setup was easy AF; bluetooth is the simplest option but I recommend finding an HDMI 1.4 cable and utilizing the eARC capability if your device supports such technologies.

Sounds much louder than it's looks would suggest which is awesome because it cuts down on space used. I bought it as an open box item in excellent condition and saved a considerable amount of cash. One feature I especially love is the Clear Voice option. It will allow the voices to sound much fuller without affecting the other sounds. Recommended.

The Yamaha sound bar is excellent. Clear voice, high trebles, low base response. Works excellent for theater quality sound in my living room.
