Great for the price. Decent bass. Using it with my samsung TV. Unfortunately, i am unable to configure universal control feature if the TV to use this soundbar. It works when i configure it the first time but wont work later. Kind of annoying to use 2 remotes.. but overall for the Price i got. Its worth the money.

It sounded very nice, but it was for my Mom. She didn't like how I had to initially set it up, the volume had to be raised and lowered with it's own remote. She didn't give me the time to run it thru the TV so it would adjust when the tv volume was adjusted.

I just moved across country into an 870 square foot apartment. My style is minimalist and my TV is only 43 inches. It's a new 8 series Samsung and the sound was awful. I didn't want to spend alot. I didn't want a bunch of wires or a separate subwoofer. And I really just wanted to be able to watch TV without wincing at the sound. Is it the best soundbar I've heard? No. But I watched two movies tonight and I didn't have to turn on closed captions to figure out what was being said. The music in the movies was clear and got better once I fiddled with the bass a bit. And I didn't have to raise the volume so loud that I was worried about the neighbors in order to enjoy them. It was super easy to install since my TV has the ARC outlet. And I already have a wonderful Harmon Kardon blue tooth speaker for my music so I just wanted something affordable, compact and appropriate for a small living room. And this fits the bill. Just manage your exceptions and realize it's an all in one product for a small space and don't expect an audiophile's dream for $150 and no subwoofer.

Have two of these; one in Mom’s room and another in my daughter’s bedroom. Only complaint is the separate remote must be used. Great sound for such a compact device on spoken dialogue and low end sound.

This Yamaha 2.1 Channel Soundbar with built-in Subwoofer - Black, is being used on a 2008 Mac Pro 3,1 in both MacOS El Capitan and Win 10 Pro, (BootCamped), connected to the Optical Out on the Mac Pro. This unit works beautifully! Excellent sound quality from the Soundbar.

I have this set up in our bed + projector combo, probably the best at home entertainment investment I've made!

Had a Bose sound bar before purchasing the Yamaha sound bar, the Bose would mute itself while you were watching tv. It was getting very annoying. We have not had any problems with the Yamaha, it has a much better sound than the Bose did. Very happy we decided to purchase the Yamaha Sr-C20A.

I was looking for a quality soundbar for a smaller tv stand. While you wont confuse it for a speaker system with sub included, it checked every box I needed. Works great for upgrading existing HGTV speakers and has a dedicated game mode for video games which really works well.

For an all in one soundbar with sub woofer included, this is a awesome little speaker. Well worth the purchase . Had the basic Insignia 2.0 soundbar for about 10 years and decided to upgrade. Try it. You won’t be disappointed .

The speaker does the job. Great quality and sound is amazing.

Bought the Yamaha soundbar for a small TV in our exercise room. Sound quality is good and is definitely better than the TV speakers. This does not get very loud, which is ok in a smaller room but might be a concern in a larger room or one with other ambient noise. My other small issue with it is the remote only works the soundbar and I can't pair my TV remote with it.

This sound bar is affordable, easy to set up, and sounds fantastic. Checks all the boxes and I would recommend it.

The soundbar works pretty good. We have a great room with vaulted ceilings where we have issues with our TV volume sounding low. This sound bar amplifies the noise pretty well.

Every sound mode is a pleasure to hear. Super for a small system leave it to Yamaha

Its a decent sound bar. Does not get to a loud enough volume. Not sure if that is just my bar or indicative of the model. It is limited in its connections but I knew that when purchasing. Just disappointed in the volume.

This is an amazing sound bar for a bedroom or small room. It has depth and richness and surprising power. What an upgrade from the TV speakers! I already "sold" it to a friend for their bedroom TV.

I bought this Yamaha sound bar to place near my father-in-law’s left ear as he’s lost his right ear to cancer. He is VERY HARD of hearing and this works perfect. Outstanding sound! Remote control is VERY handy! Terrific product! Worth the price !

Grabbed this as a compact, cheaper soundbar to augment weak sauce TV speakers. Has a subwoofer builtin and supports wired optical connector from TV. Perfect.

Great soundbar for our townhouse living room space. Audio is clear and bluetooth connects instantly. Been looking for another soundbar for my room, but might just purchase this same one.
