I really like the program and the benefits. But I am at a stage in life as a senior. I just do not use it enough to justify the cost. Also, Best Buy is the only game in town, and its service just isn't what it used to be.

After having a HP unit for the past few years, I was bound and determined to get a Dell. The PC Tower was everything I expected however I needed Windows 11 Pro but that wasn't installed as shown both on the website and instore, the sales assistant said it was, the sku said it was, as I operate my freelance agency remotely, so naturally this would be the best option. Got home found it didn't have Win Pro 11 (business) so I had to buy it (an added expense I didn't want to have).. overall the PC was a good buy and l'm liking it thus far.

We purchased the Best Buy membership plus. Although I have always been pleased with Best Buy membership allowed us to purchase the washer we were looking at and have it delivered for free as well as installed and the old washer carried away for minimum cost while we were out of town. The membership has already saved us more than it has cost. I would definitely recommend.

I love the added return policy. Great promotional features, Well needed in a market where a substantial amount of money is the bare minimum in this trying economy. Also its is noted the price and merchandise protection it shows. I will always look for a deal and having an option suits my situation.

This LG electric dryer has a lot of versatility, allowing you to dry clothes using differnt settings such as More and Less Dry. In addition, the black matte display made it easier for me to see the different settings. It is also a plus to have the ability to use my smart phone to run different dryer settings. I also liked the ability to open the door from a sideways position as well as using the EasyLoad lever to open and close it. The lint trap was slightly hard to clean, however. Yjou have to open the lint trap and clean each part of the trap. But this was a small inconvenience.

I enjoy having this membership. I think it is worth while to get if you do any shopping at Best Buy. I do wish the associate would have spent more time telling me the pros of having it though.

When I first started they had lots of offers. They had something going on all the time. It felt like I was winning! Then it all just stopped. Every now and then there’s something. Best part is extended return policy

Honestly, I’ve really enjoyed the Best Buy Plus membership so far. At first I wasn’t sure how much I would actually use the benefits, but the more I shop there, the more value I’m starting to see. The member pricing, extended return window, and exclusive deals have already come in handy. It also gives a little peace of mind when making larger purchases like computers and electronics. If you shop at Best Buy more than a couple times a year, I can definitely see the membership paying for itself pretty quickly. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with it so far and would recommend it to others who buy tech regularly.

I must say we went in to buy a phone for my grandma and we came out with a great membership that could help us get the refrigerator and oven that we needed with price comparison what's better than that! The wonderful men that helped us in the phone department were amazing and answered all our questions! It's great to find people that can help and answer what your asking and then some!! I only hope they get the true appreciation they deserve!

Easy to use. Good quality. Good for sale value. My complaint is the downloads it automatically started when doing start up. It tried to do 15 or more at 1 time. Clogged up the process and i have slow wifi. I didnt even know it was going on. When i took it to somewhere that has better wifi it took a while for it to figure out what to do. I tried pausing and canceling downloads to do one at s time and no action was computing because too much was going on at one time.

Best Buy always arrives to give their customers the BEST Customer Service and Care. We have been their customers (loyal and happy) for many, many years. We lgo to Best Buy first and foremost when we are looking for items ... Best Buy has everything and more that you may be wanting to purchase.

This membership quickly paid for itself. It was recommended by the person checking me out because the iPad I was purchasing had been priced $50 less only a week earlier. He explained that it would likely be back on sale within the next couple of months, and that with this membership, I would be notified by email when that happens. When that happened I was notified and received the $50 price adjustment credited back onto my card!!

This lens is fantastic for portrait-style or close up photography. We recently took it on a trip and the shots were fantastic, especially for museum-style or more focused shots. It does take phenomenal landscape views though. The way this lens captures the light and provides such depth, at this price point, is a main reason I recommend this lens.

I upgraded from a 8year-old Vizio 70” tv to QM7K98. Huge upgrade in every aspect. Best Buy installation team were very professional. Mounted my tv in 20 minutes on to my drywall beams. Very satisfied with the TV and delivery/installation. 98 inch is massive and heavy. I don’t recommend DIY.

I save so much money with this membership its 100 percent worth having especially when you consider the longer return window and best buys policy to always have the best buy not only can you make sure you are able to return something if something happens, but you can also price match within that return window making this one of the best buys Ive made.

I was excited to join for the benefits my salesperson described. I was especially excited to see if my full price purchase was listed for a reduced price after I bought it so I downloaded the app. Now I but get way too many texts/emails/alerts advertising products I did not buy nor have interest in purchasing. I suggest an option for filtering alerts.

So far this has been a great choice for my college student who also wants to flip the screen and draw. It has the specs she needs to support her degree work and also be the break she needs to get creative. So far so good!

I purchased the membership and was able to get money back due to the price match policy. It also allowed me more time to return products that did not work for me.
