Joining this membership was one of the smartest decisions I’ve made this year. From the moment I signed up, I felt the difference: real savings with member pricing, immediate access to Geek Squad support anytime I needed it, and built-in protection plans that removed all the stress from buying new tech. I bought the membership with a reward certificate that was about to expire, and I'm getting a bit more than I paid for. Unfortunately, three or four months later, Best Buy started exiting the DVD/Blu-Ray/4k media business and reducing the new vinyl records they bring in, just like they'd exited the CD business several years ago. I used to stop into the local store weekly to buy new CDs and movies and made frequent online purchases. Now I'm an occasional customer, once every couple of months at most. Would I buy the membership again? Sure, if I had a Reward Certificate that I had to use. But I don't buy enough new tech items anymore to make it really worthwhile otherwise.

I appreciate my Best Buy Plus membership card since it provides so many vital benefits for me, such as shopping for the brands I want and looking for excellent prices, and making it profitable for me to buy electronics and the best appliances that meet my budget and demands. These advantages include unique member rates on thousands of items, free 2-day shipping on qualified purchases, and an extended 60-day return period on most products. I am not disappointed to have a Best Buy Card Plus Membership card. Thank you, Best Buy, for offering the best products and prices that fit my needs and budget!

Bought the membership that would save me almost 300 dollars. Then after getting it I see a ton more discount on other items.

I only got this as there was a promotion to get $40 rewards on something I was buying anyway - Plus level was $50 so I figured it get at least $10 within the year. 60 day returns is nice, though only as the normal 15 day return period is ridiculous. The Member Only sales have been mid so far.

I like this membership as it has saved me money. I haven't used the Geek Squad portion of it mainly because I work in IT and can fix my issues myself. I've saved enough each year that it covers the cost of the plan.

I was having trouble getting an online order completed so I went to the store to complete my order. I received excellent help from the leadership team as they reached out to banking company to correct their internal issues. Total process took about 20 minutes to fix but the leadership team member knew what to do, who to call with the banking company and helped to complete my online order which I received at my home address in less than a week.

Picking up the TV I got was exactly what I was looking for and I’m satisfied with what I got. Would recommend this to anybody else if they wanna make the investment.
