When i got the membership it saved me a significant amount of money. When i bought something else, I was unable to use the membership to reduce the price.

Original del. date was postponed 8 days. That made it 6 days after Christmas. No one notified me. When they did deliver it and installed by the geek squad they did a good job.

The membership did not help when the website said a product was in stock, and after traveling to the store, discovered it was not. Bought a more expensive product because it was needed immediately.

I love to shop at Best Buy they have so many sales that I want. I also enjoy the geek squad membership, so I don't have to worry about my purchases that I buy they got me covered.

I’m not sure if I really need to be a member of this club. So I haven’t “used” it yet and might or might not in the coming year. It cost $50. I think it would make more sense to fold that cost into the purchase of whatever product you are buying. Instead I feel I just got talked into spending more money.

This membership makes Bestbuy buying a great value with savings, as well as 60 day return protection on every purchase you make. Will continue to purchase each year.
