I spent $135 in restocking fees when I never even left the store and was charged a $40 transfer fee just to use their cord. This makes me not want to ever get anything else from Best Buy.

The deals with the membership more than make up for the cost too.

I said I would as long as it didn’t auto renew. She said that it absolutely did not. She lied. I’m guessing there’s a bonus or quota for slamming your customers into this program. I will never shop at Best Buy again.
