I bought a laptop and the sales girl talked me into signing up for Best Buy Plus. I said I would as long as it didn’t auto renew. She said that it absolutely did not. She lied. I’m guessing there’s a bonus or quota for slamming your customers into this program. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

It's been helpful, just wish I would have known I was being enrolled by the young man who enrolled me. I don't want to renew, just not sure how to unenroll after this year.

Easy to enroll, easy to see and pay invoices on line. I don't carry store cards with me, but at Best Buy I can still make a purchase after proving my identity.

When they say they will help in anyway they do. You tell them what you need . They take you to it. Tell you about it. They really care for their customers.

It’s really great, especially for price matching.. and the 60 day return period. My opinion it’s well worth it. And let’s not forget the additional open box discounts and nore

I like the membership rewards that are available at purchases rather than having to go to the website and print out your coupon or reward. This was a nice change to the program.

Coming to Best Buy, I have many experiences buying products at preferential prices. I find here good prices for some items elsewhere, and the staff takes good care of them.
