This membership is low-key a good investment it’s just 50 for a whole year which marks it less than 10 dollars a month as well as great benefits so it’s a steal.

I got the membership because they told me I was going to get a $50 reward, so basically the membership was going to be free. This was in 2024 I have call several times and try to get the rewards as they have never appeared in my account as they said it would. I ended up cancelling the membership because I never got offers or anything worth keeping it and keep paying for it and never got my reward. At the store when I tried to check they told me I have to call them again to resolve this.

The Best Buy Plus membership is a must-have. You get discounts on top of discounts. I recommend anyone that buys a lot at Best Buy to upgrade.

I am having extremely bad experience with BestBuy. Though I have cancelled the purchase at the time of delivery I keep getting the statements, fees, etc for more than a month. There is no way to connect to the live person on phone. The email address for customer service is invalid. The person in the store could not want or cannot help. I spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to resolve the issue, two visits to the store as well… No luck so far. I really would like to cancel my membership ASAP.

This was a nice bonus to get an extra $50 off of my new laptop.
