Everything has been fine except for their unwillingness to honor the price match guarantee. I purchased a TV which went on sale for $200 cheaper a week later. The store manager agreed to price match but was unable to do it in store. He sent us to the Customer Support phone line. They hung up on us. We tried the chat and despite speaking to a rep and her manager, they would not honor the price match. The manager could also use some training on bedside manner. Overall we invested about four hours in the entire process of trying to get Best Buy to honor their "guarantee". We are furnishing a new house and had planned to purchase more products after the TV but have no interest in doing business with them anymore. It's difficult to give anything but a "Poor" rating under this circumstance even though the rest of the program seems to be fine.

I feel that having this membership was forced upon me. I was told what it was after I paid for my item. The sales representative added the amount without permission charge , and gave me a total. When I inquired about the amount, he claimed it was taxes and state charges. Once I paid,

I love the washing machine but I had a bad experience with delivery and advised Best Buy of it. They said they would send me a gift card for the inconvenience but as of Dec 12th I haven’t got it
