I purchased a washer and dryer. Upon completion of the sale, Dan, the sales rep, informed that if there was a lower price within two month period that I could call the 1-800-BestBuy line. The person at that number was unable to assist me due to a gliche in the system and instructed me to return to the BestBuy store for assistance. I did visit the store, spoke with Dan and he remembered me. He immediately took care of the situation by calling a Supervisor, Michael, over to assist with the transaction. Because of the excellent customer service and high level of professionalism shown by both, I will be returning to BestBuy in July to make further purchases for my family. I, also, recommended that one of my sisters purchase a washer along with the membership. She was extremely pleased with the service she received from Dan. We are both pleased with the products we purchased as well. We checked other appliance retailers and found that BestBuy offered the better deals. Thank you, Dan, Michael, and BestBuy. To be honest, my Best Buy Plus membership paid for itself. I bought a laptop for about $1,600, and because of the membership I was able to price-match it for $500 less. One of the biggest perks is the 60-day price-match window instead of the standard 15 days. Just with that one price match, the membership more than covered its cost.

Lots of purchase during my purchase period, but found it difficult to obtain services needed afterward. I live a distance and needed some technical help and had to drive to the store and wait around until help was finally available. Normally, I purchase from Apple directly and had not experienced this challenge.
