This membership is super. We got special discounts and we have extra time to return back the items. And we also learn big offers before everyone. I love it.

My Best Buy membership is a great concept but a bit misleading. The salesman said I would be getting certain perks, such as Apple TV for free for a certain amount of time...even if I already have a subscription. This, like other perks, proved to not be the case. It is unfortunate. I gave this two stars because I was able to exchange a camera item outside of the 30-days. This helped, as I was travelling during the 30-day window. Other than that, I saw no true benefit to the plan. Sadly.....

Best place to buy anything you need in electrics, and home.

I bought this on a whim for a specific purchase and it did nothing for me. What they offered was of no use to me and the perks were never anything I was interested in. I suggest not making the mistake I made buying this nonsense. Now I got to remember to cancel this membership before they bill me again for this next year.

I am extremely disappointed in the Best Buy Plus Program. I signed up for it when I purchased the EPSON ET 3950 printer. The sales associate assured me that the printer would go on sale for approximately $80.00 less than my purchase price very shortly. I was told if I signed up for the Best Buy Plus Program I would get a credit to my account when the lower price is available. It’s been 2 months and the printer has not gone on sale for the price I was told. Now I see the printer is sold out. Shame on me for falling for that sales pitch. I will definitely cancel my membership as soon as possible.

I love the fact that with anything you buy you can have that extra security. Also with that 60 day return it becomes a major plus.
