Biggest waste of money. I was talked into buying a BestBuy Plus membership when purchasing a dishwasher in February. I knew I'd be needing to buy a fridge within 6 months, and the salesperson told me that with Plus, I'd get all sorts of savings. What a surprise (or not) when I went to purchase my fridge two months later and was told that the Plus membership wouldn't apply to my purchase. What a scam! Why did I spend $50 for this membership to save money when I couldn't save a dime? Not to mention, my fridge couldn't be delivered because the delivery company said my home was over 100 miles away. They had just delivered to me 2 months prior and I didn't move! I was told that the delivery company had typed in my address and it was too far away to deliver so I could reschedule the delivery for 5 days from my original delivery date. So, I was stuck with no working fridge and Best Buy couldn't deliver for another 5 days. NO thanks. I canceled the order and took my business to Lowe's. Same fridge but I saved $200 and got the fridge in 48 hours. I'll never shop at Best Buy again.
