The issue that I’m having is that I have a BestBuy account but cannot access it. I’ve contacted local store personnel, chatted with the online chat folks, contacted support personnel & still absolutely nothing. So I don’t know if this product is worth a crap or not, I can’t access it to use it

Only the original purchased was marked down, but the charge for the membership brought it back up to normal price, so I got it for free... Perhaps there will be other deals I can take advantage of in the future.
