Best buy offered a deal where if you bought 2 games with a my Best Buy Plus membership you would get a third one free. I did that, and Best Buy cancelled the "free" game on me (Super Mario Wonder) and will not provide a substitution or same product. So typical bait and switch tactic here. Tried contacting support over Chat, Phone, and In-store Here's the awesome support you get with this membership: - A chat support line that confirms your order history and redirects you to their phone line - Phone support that tells you they can't do anything and won't escalate the issue because it's too difficult - In-Store support staff who, while friendly, are powerless to help you either and to contact their phone support. Best buy lost a loyal customer over a 50 - 60 dollar promotion and overall clueless how to rectify a simple solution.

The membership is a great value. I appreciate all the works that go along with it. I highly recommend joining.
