I went to buy a tv and salesman tells me about onr and this membership but really wont cost anything because the cost comes off item. I am fine with this and go home and look at bottom of receipt and see this is a reoccuring membership and they will auto charge me yearly. I call and cancel auto and they tell me i have to call next dec and cancel..wth..i say no i want to cancel now and they say i would have to cancel this years membership i paid for too. This is crazy!

So far it has been a good experience, it's great to have extended warranty on purchases and also to receive notifications on discounts.

Come on, this thing pays for itself. If you shop at BB at least once a month, this is worth it. Amazon blows, BB is better

I was skeptical at first, but now i KNOW i made the right decision to activate a membership, i get all the newest releases and news that is happening at Best buy

I bought my son a new laptop for college and the salesman talked me into this membership, basically for the price-match guarantee. Like he said it would, the laptop I bought went on sale for $400 less than I paid. It took 1.5 weeks to get customer service to agree I'm owed the money back. They immediately credited my Best Buy card back part of the money and promised a gift card for the rest. 1.5 MONTHS later, I'm still waiting on said gift card. A comedy of errors by "customer support". Also, you can't even call a store anymore! Ridiculous.

Has proven to be both helpful and useful - will certainly renew the subscription!
