I bought 9 tvs to be installed in my new home. Best Buy gave me a delivery and installation date 30 days out. The tvs were delivered on that day but no installation. Installation person called me on that day they were to be installed and said he could not install the tvs as his work load was already too much. He said i needed to reschedule. Then Best Buy called me to reschedule in 10 more days. I told them no as I could no longer trust them. i hired another service that came the following day. According to those i spoke to said their company has taken their eye off the business and has many problems. I suffered greatly on this one due to Best Buy’s inability to execute. I had other contractors waiting that day to finish other work after Best Buy installed. An expensive day for me. Never ever again will I have anything to do with this company.

This membership is great. I got a discount when I bought my Samsung refrigerator.

So far my membership works well for me it’s satisfying to know my transactions will be interest free if guidelines are followed

after the purchase of a TV, I did not find much value in this card. The few items I've bought this year at the store never qualified for any discount and the Daily Deals weren't necessarily the best choice for me. If you are furnishing a house and buying lots of electronics, it might be worth it, but not for an established household.

I would never willingly pay for a membership of this kind, but I was forced to do so because I was 2 days late returning a defective product, and this was the only avenue to get my money back. Best Buy sucks!

I buy a *lot* of games for my Switch, and the B2G1 on all Switch games, including upcoming releases more than covers the cost of the membership. Definitely worth it!
