Best Buy is my favorite place for appliances. They're friendly and trustworthy, their prices are fair, and when you ask questions about a product, if it no longer works, they either replace it or give you your money back.

The membership has good rewards. Member only deals are the same price on Amazon so really the advertising is very misleading thinking you’re getting a great deal. If you’re planning on buying a bunch of things or are willing to use the BB credit card outside of Best Buy then the membership is worth it.

We bought it a couple of weeks ago and it was delivered on 5/12. It looks quite good so far.

The membership is helpful especially with changes to return policy. I buy items and take some time to use it or check it out so this is helpful for me if I need to return an item after 15 days. I have not truly explored all the benefits.

This is great. I find that the extended return window gives me such freedom in not worrying about getting back to the stores within 2 weeks and actually enjoying the product before deciding.
