This membership has value if you cannot find another company like amazon selling the product you are looking for cheaper. It has some perks and is nice to have, but if you are going to purchase the membership you might as go with the higher one.

Not worth it. I earned $40 in certificates and used it to reserve a game. The game was shipped late so i took it in to return it. Cashier told me Id be refunded my Best Buy $ as well as the cash. Later found out the BB $ were none refundable but i couldve exchanged it for something in the store but it was too late when I found out. The deals youre offered for being a BB Plus Member are pretty terrible too but when they can just take away the perks you earned with no refund then what makes it worth it anyway?

I bought a Lego set and a dishwasher and save a bunch of money through my membership. The money I saved paid my membership and beyond that.

Geek squad hours to come to your home I can’t wait 12 hours or wait the day before to get a time I am In sales myself, I had to cancel my sale of a new tv n over $3,500 in equipment because of this To be very honest , really upset Me Mike
