I purchased three TV's online that all arrived damaged. The installers took them all back the same day. I had to spend over 6 hours on the phone, mostly on hold, over the course of 6 weeks to get my refund/credit. No one seems to care and no one ever called back or did anything proactive to resolve my situation, no one offered any sort of credit for my missed day of work or the 6 hours I spent trying to resolve the issue. I asked many times to speak to a manager and was never able to. Horrible service and horrible experience.

Label on the box had excellent condition and sales rep said they checked it and it had no flaws...but saw this immediately upon pulling it out of the box
