When I contact best buy they just dismised me, and basically said better luck next time. Lesson learned, don't buy anything from best buy

Things like gaming gift card discounts, and b2g1 free deals for switch. I wish I knew they were getting rid of these benefits before I signed up.

I consulted a family member who suggested a particular product and did purchase a laptop from Best Buy. The young sales person told us we could convert our Best Buy to Best Buy Plus FREE so we did to later find out we were charged $$50.00. I called Best Buy and complained and was told we would get a phone call to discuss this matter. We to date have not heard anything from Best Buy. Very poor service and service communication!
