I was met by a very helpful young man who gave me news I didn’t like but that’s not his fault! I wanted help with my Apple Watch that I purchased at B Buy. Intentional purchase at B Buy to avoid the Apple Store. But I understand that B Buy no longer services apple products due to the proximity of an Apple Store in Emeryville. TOO BAD! He consulted with me and helped my make a decision to wait until the problem happens again!

This membership is real value and getting good protection on the products we purchase from BestBuy. I enjoyed being a member.

Had them work on a laptop top and took them up on their suggestion to get a different one and it worked out great thanks for the help.

If you are looking for added benefit and frequently shop Best Buy, then this is for You. They will allow a price match for up to 60 days after purchasing a product if the price suddenly drops within 60 days. Makes sense right?

Membership worked out pretty good. Both items that I bought were on sale and I got a better deal through Best Buy with the price match.

I like Best Buy plus because I save money.my organic prices was around $2490 but when I open my Best Buy plus I save around 400 or 500 hundred.

Always get this is the best option that Best Buy have !!!!!!!

Having made a few big purchases this year from BestBuy, this program gives the the comfort/confidence to buy a product, use it (which is the only way to know if you'll like it) and return it, if it's not a good fit. I did this for a very big, very expensive monitor, and it helped me find one that I'll never return.

Haven’t been a member long,I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy outlet,Bowie,Maryland.I must say everyone was very helpful and accommodating.The manager Adam,I think his name was,very knowledgeable and personable.I thank the employee,had to bring frig. Back,too large,Adam was very helpful in the process.

I purchased a 43" Samsung tv about a year ago. I specifically asked the sales rep "Do I need a special set up" he replied " No it's just plug and play" It has not been simple. I had no instructions, the TV was not accepting my Comcast input. I have been to your Danvers Store about six times over the past year trying to get help. Your Samsung Expert gave me a solution eg pluging the Comcast cable into the #1 HDMI outlet. (eARC). Then he sold me a sound bar which is only accepted in the same #HDMI 1 outlet. I eventually realized he didn't know what he was doing. After a year of trying I still have problems getting a trouble free connection. five other visits to your store have not resolved this situation. It took me over an hour this morning to connect with the Comcast cable. Samsung corporation has asked me to let them know what sort of help I received, letting them know what service I received at your store.

This membership offers many benefits, is very affordable, and above all, provides great discounts on many products.

G.O.A.T.! I've had some minor (operator error--me) issues and Christina and Lorenzo have been extremely patient wit me checking with me on the phone and returning to fix my issues. They came by again today to fix one last problem and, of course for them, it was done in about 20 minutes. They are the Greatest of all Time! Thanks, Lorenzo and Christina!

I used the memebership right away because my laptop came with a pin and it also appeared that a bitlocker was activated. The reason was not clear. I bought an open box in excellent condition. That should never happen! When somebody brings back a computer the staff should check if the computer is back to factory settings. But obviously nobody did that. And because of that I miss the laptop now for 4 weeks because it was more than two weeks at Best Buy for the reset and I am on vacation now. Not the best experience I had until now with Best Buy with that laptop. But the staff was wonderful and tried to help me as good as possible. That made my experience a little bit better. A big thank you for that! I hope the laptop will work fine and I will have no problems in the future with it anymore.

Best Buy membership offers you more savings and discounts and is really convenient if you buy from this store often. if the price drops after your final purchase, you can go back in the store and get your money back from the difference when you paid. absolutely satisfied!

Membership is ok but i have not seen anything super great about it or any exclusive deals that tempt me to but more. I guess you can benefit more if you buy more often. It will be nice to have experiences for memeber exclusives. Maybe training or classes or somthing different as an additional add.

An employee at Best Buy helped me sign up for the Plus membership, and I’m really glad I did. They explained all the perks clearly — faster shipping, better return options, and exclusive deals.
