Everyone treated us professionally and promptly. The reps went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

I've only been a member a few months but I am yet to experience any benefit at all. I have not seen an email or sale that interests me. The only benefit I can see is being able to return items. Although I don't generally like to make returns.

Good value for the cost. Discounts help pay for itself.

I've tried posting this multiple times so lets see if it makes it this time... The only reason I purchased this was to get the buy 2 get 1 switch game for free deal. I placed 2 orders for a total of 6 games but only ended up reciving 2 of them and paying full price for both. I thought the total was charged when I placed my orders but since some were preorders it was not. When it came time to charge the other games the giftcard I used was empty, that was my mistake. I recieved an email telling me to change my payment method so I didnt lose the order, which I did, but both orders were still canceled. I called support at least 3 times on 3 different days to fix the issue and was told the payment method could not be changed since one game from each order was already recieved. The last person I talked to said his supervisor approved a $50 giftcard for one of the free games I lost out on but that was over a month ago so I don't think I will ever get that either. Bottom line is that I lost out on 2 free games, a preorder bonus and the $50 for the membership because Best Buy can't change a payment method when part of the order has been delived. They also have no way of waiving prices to honor the deal that I had already purchased. Customer service is an absolute joke because all of the employees that i was transferred to, probably close to 20, couldn't do a single thing to help me. If you place any order with an item that is being preordered make sure there is plenty available on the card you use and that it's not close to expiring or you could lose it just like I did.
