||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this membership, it was attached to some random, incorrect account and each time I went to purchase something, it took over 30 minutes to find the account (After multiple managers and supervisors were involved) and then I was told in order to correct it, I would have to call, explain this insane story, somehow get the people on the phone to locate my three account in addition to the random account my membership was connected to (not in my name) and then convince them it is indeed mine, then have them merge them. If i could go back, I wouldnt purchase it at all. The customer service has been horrible. While the instore managers cared and were kind, they were no help whatsever. They couldve atleast offered to call with or for me to explain to the people on the phone what was going on. Absolutley horrible. I SOLD my huge stake in best buy following this waste of time and money. SO much more to this story, including the purchase and attempted return of a several thousand dollar TV I couldnt complete (with the added benifits from this membership, That I couldnt ACTUALLY utilize) but I have already wasted hours and hours of my time dealing with this and dont care to explain. STAY AWAY. Itd be nice if Best Buy actually reached out to fix this FOR ME. Its not like I have actually PAID for added service. Oh wait!!! I have.
