Not the best value. We spent over $3K at BestBuy since we purchased the membership and saved $39.99, which was on the first purchase we made. I would prefer to have it give us more rewards to use...something like 5% back in rewards if you are a member. We will probably not renew. The rewards program is what kept us staying loyal to BestBuy, but with it degrading over the past few years, we often look at other retailers before purchasing. This was never the case before this past year. If this isn't adjusted, I'm sure you will keep losing valuable customers to competitors.
