I placed an order for a computer online through Best Buy waited for 12 days and did not receive the computer. I went back into the store only to try to purchase another computer and was told that they would honor the price that I originally was going to pay for a computer and the supervisor talk with the sales guy that was helping me and apologize and said he could only give me $40 off. It has been the worst experience I’ve had with Best Buy. Also, I don’t recall my Best Buy plus membership. I will have to look into this and see what they’re charging me.
