I was told I could cancel it at any time without any problem. However, I do not live in the United States — I am a resident of Brazil. Since returning to my country, I have been trying to cancel this membership by email and phone, but so far I have not been able to complete the cancellation. As I do not live in the U.S. and will not be able to use the service, I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my membership and confirmation of the termination. Thank you for your assistance.

Very satisfied with him. I got home & had another question. I called the local number & it rolled over to their national number. I was told that if I wanted to talk to someone at the store I would have to go back to the store. I would rate this business at the bottom because of this.
