||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have second tier at the moment and the price is not justifiable because there are multiple unresolved issues and they're; *We can't do price match when we're ordering online/phone *We can't schedule a pick up when we want to return something for free of charge even with the highest tier *We can't get discount on most items let alone all items when we have highest tier of membership *We can't get access to huge catalog of movies/shows/music with Best Buy's highest tier plan like Amazon to watch/listen.

If you're creating an order online and would like to match the price to one of our authorized retailers, it can be done after the order is created. If we are creating an order for you in-store or over the phone, the adjustment can be made at the time of purchase. The membership gives you access to exclusive sales and prices and so you would need to keep an eye out for the offers and sales you might be interested in. Additionally, exchanges for large TVs and appliances can be setup up in-store or over the phone. This process is different for items that will be shipped back via a carrier. You may also consider doing an exchange in-store if the pickup option is more convenient for you. We are more than happy to answer any of your questions or concerns in greater detail.
