It was interesting to me that when I was buying a very expensive television set I had a lot of sales support in the store. Upon returning to the same store yesterday, I was hunting for a charging system for my iPhone, and one gentleman was occupied with a customer, and the woman sales representative was so busy texting on her phone that she let me walk by her three or four times. Clearly I was looking for something. I finally had to walk up to her and say “Excuse me; I’m sorry to bother you while you’re working, but could you please help me find the right charging brick for an iPhone? Finally, she got up from where she was sittin, and helped me. She wasn’t terribly enthusiastic about the help but it did help. Wow what a difference in attitude when you’re not spending the big bucks.

I like the perks that come with the membership. However i was told that i would receive a $50 reward for signing up. I cant find that reward. Was there an expiration or condition i missed? Thanks

This membership comes with extreme value. So many products you can get deals on. This service can save you hundreds of dollars.

It is a value to me I am glad that it is offered. The products that are available are second to none.

I purchased a 65" Samsung along with my Plus membership. The TV went on sale 2 weeks later for $200 less at Best Buy and $202 less at Amazon. I was approved for the $202 refund on October 9, however it appears the agent forgot to hit the enter button to process the rebate. Now, Best Buy refuses to honor the rebate despite my offering screen shots of the agent correspondence "thrilled" to inform me the refund was approved and would be processed in 7-10 business days. Best Buy processed a refund at this week's sale price for $100. When I discovered the first issue, the Best Buy service supervisor told me to take my proof of the October price to a store for validation (they couldn't accept an email with screen shots I had). The Burlington Mass store tried to help but couldn't. Service again told me via phone "$100". So, I was lied to the night before (November 3rd). I tried again this week. A rep named Heather told me I was approved for the $202 on the phone. 2 days later, my credit card showed a $100 credit. I was lied to again apparently to get me off the phone. With each rep I spoke with I recommended they look up Best Buy price history. Someone in the company has it. Nope.

The best value of this membership are the discounts available to the us. Thia helps when purchasing devices of season.

So far I have not used the membership because the items have wanted to used it on the membership does not reduce the price. The sales that they have sent me are on items I am not interested in

Is a great product. It’s a lock with an app with your finger can open it and it also has a doorbell you could ask for more! 

This membership is a huge value! I was unsure at first, but I am so glad I purchased it. It has saved me a ton of money!

We purchased with our open box Mac. Needed the extra protection.
