||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.as great as the my best buy okus membership is, i didnt want to sign up for it in the first place, i was only looking for a 1 year protection plan not a recurring yearly billing membership. the employee wouldnt clarify if this was a protection plan only and nothing else. and noting about it being a. i returned the laptopn i originally bought this for and when i brought it in shpre was advsed to call te 800 number to get it refunded with them. i will say the support agent i spoke with was absolutely amazing and after listening to my concerns went ahead and issued a refund
