I was told I had to accept it even when I said I didn’t want to swipe my credit card for it (I was using cash). I haven’t noticed any savings that were more than sales at other stores.

Plus membership did nothing to make it right. Proper business would have offered same frig from regular warehouse for same price and included delivery to compensate for their error. No, they did offer to waive delivery fee, but wanted us to wait another 1-2 weeks for them to find it and reset delivery. No thank you! Got my money back and shopping elsewhere.

Posted .Seems like the experience may be related to Open-Box refrigerator purchase. Open-Box items are unique and aren't replaceable, unless there is a similar Open-Box item. This could cost less, or more then the previous unit and it is recommended to be viewed to assure it is acceptable. New products that are purchased can always be replaced with other new products as their condition would be identical.
