An item I bought dropped twice within two weeks, but to match the membership price, it was put in as a price match, so I couldn't have the extended return or anything. It seems the employees are not trained well on how to use it. I had to go back and wait 20 minutes while a team of managers tried to figure it out. Since it was put as price match, it took all my benefits away. It was the member price and price match should have had nothing to do with it.

The return window does not change when processing a price match, as the original purchase was still made on the same day.
