I purchased an HP computer and was told that if it goes on sale I would get cash back. It went on sale for like $200.00 off the following week. I tried to contact Best Buy in regards to the sale. You can't talk with anyone on the phone, the chat person wasn't helpful. So, I don't know how you are to redeem the benefits unless you need to go into a store. Which is about an hour away from me. I will not be renewing the membership once the year is up.
